BLONDE ON.™Back to home

Own your blonde.

Being blonde is a whole thing. We get it.

Care for the choice you made.

Blonde is more than one shade, texture or look. For many of us, it is part of how we show up.

Then come the appointments, washes, styling decisions and days between them. Blonde On is building performance haircare for color-treated blondes, with useful education and a community around the care and culture of being blonde.

We want products and guidance that respect both the hair you have and the blonde you choose.

Born in Philly.

Blonde On is a female-founded brand of Nexvel Consumer Brands LLC.

Our first product, Blonde On Texture Spray, is being developed for color-treated blonde hair and is made in Los Angeles, USA. The formula, testing and final product details are still in progress. The first drop is planned for Amazon.

Monica Cushner, MBA

After years of helping other brands grow, Monica wanted to build one of her own.

For more than 18 years, she has built brands and teams in agency, in-house and consulting roles. Her experience spans CPG personal care, animal health, retail and other consumer categories, with work on brands including Schick at Edgewell, CEVA Animal Health, Burlington Stores, Xfinity and Hilton.

As founder and principal of Cushner Consulting, she takes on interim and fractional marketing leadership as well as defined brand strategy and integrated activation projects. Her work connects digital marketing, social media and creator strategy with the teams and decisions that get ideas into market. She holds an Executive MBA from Drexel University.

Blonde On brings that experience to something she understands personally: the choice to be blonde and the care that comes after it.

Blonde School, with perspective.

Blonde School is our brand-authored guide to questions that come up after going blonde. We use published research and professional guidance for factual explanations, and we identify our own styling perspective as such. The sources linked in each guide are background, not tests or endorsements of Blonde On products.

Hair history and processing vary. Our guides cannot replace advice from a colorist who knows your hair or a dermatologist for scalp and health concerns. As we learn from product development and expert review, we will update the guides and date substantive changes.
